        You're slightly mistaken Huge

        1)I went from 110 to 130/5lbs,then 135-150lbs you saw in the first pic

        2)I can't remember my routine from back then.But eventually I had to switch since it was obviously overtraining somewhat.I was the typical noobie.

        This was before I had steady access to the internet and research

        I'm planning on getting hardcore into the Max-OT program.I "should be able to keep up on the protein supps,MRPs & Flax seed oil.Plus Max-OT would be new stimulus so my body should react favorably.Plus I've still got like a month's worth of Vanadyl & ZMassPM

        I plan to load up on Oriental noodles(I love pasta),eat the potatoes,chicken and pork chops mom and dad cook.Along with some tuna & the odd indulgence to McDs:p

        I found an old workout journal I bought 2 yrs ago.So I plan to keep track during the 8-10wks of Max-OT.Jeff Willet is my motivation.I might not actually pull it off,but it'll be fun to try

              looking good bro, you can see some progress in the pics. Keep at it like that and once you have peaked you can use this place to get more info on how to pass that peak bud.
