    Making the story short. around 6 years ago I stood at 205 lbs and about 8%ish body fat. Left the gym for about 6 years and turned into a couch potato and started to look like shit. Here is the before pic.

    after about puking when I finally looked at these pics and my old ones I ran to the local roid dealer and got a nice basic cycle to help me get back on track and try to get my old body back.

    In 1 1/2 months this is what happend.

      after the cycle I stayed clean for a good two months and just kept eating right and going to the gym. This is me about 2 weeks ago.

          Started up a new cycle but with my work I ate like shit. Doing a typical dbol test cycle now. That started the day after I took the previouse pics. This is me last night.

              Now I am at about 195-200 lbs. Diet is back on track hehe and guessing I will be in the 220-230 range in about two more months.

              Stats

              5ī10
              195-200
              no less then 14% from my guess at look at my lardy ass
              17.5 arms
              45.5 chest
              22 legs (yeah hehe I donīt like working them much hehe)
              16.5 calves
              35 waist

              Current cycle
              40mg dbol daily
              500 sust just about every week

              dropping the dbol after 6 weeks (maybe 8 if blood work looks good still)

              running the sust for 3 months then winding down with some winny and a hard diet along with pct.

              Hopes are to get up to 225 minimum then going on winny and dropping down to about 210ish with no more then 10% bf then holding it untill my next cycle. By summer next year I want to be at about 220-230 and keep it there.

              any and all comments are welcome!!!
