                  well i want to be around 190 and about 8% bodyfat. I was 8.6 when i started but now i am over 10%. I have 5 weeks left of t-400@400mg and boldenone200@400mg, When swim season comes around I hope I can keep this weight. I have proper pct and will do clen and t3 to harden up.

                    my diet is much better now that I am not at school, it consist of 45% protein, 40% carbs, 15% fat, I am almost 21, My cycle journal has most of this information. I am supplementing creatine, protein, fish oils, multi, milk thistle, for pct I am doin nolvadex, 60x0, tibex, sam-e, clen, t3 and a eca stack. I am holding water weight so i dont look defined at all but my arms 1.25 inches bigger. and like i said I am up 16 pounds so far. I train real hard, eat well, and have been a lil restless so I could use more sleep but its hard cause I have to get up for work at 545.
