This is a pretty crappy picture of my buddy that just competed in an all natural competition last week back in Jersey. It was his first time competing and he came in light heavyweight at 193 pounds. I hadnt seen him in months and he had dropped down from 240, it was awesome. For all natural I think this is pretty damn good, by the way he placed 2nd.
