                Here is my opinion,you have 0 chest development,no arms and I don't know about your legs or back but I doubt you have any development there either.You seem the type of guy that focuses on one peticular bodypart but doesn't concentrate on others in this case your abs,you seem obsessed with developing the best damn abs on the planet but you don't realize that to have great ab development you need to have gread body development,that included chest,arms,back,shoulders and legs,the best bodies are the ones that are 100% proportional.

                Instead of asking us what kind of abs we got or asking us how to build bigger abs you should be asking us how to build a bigger chest,how to build bigger legs,etc overall how to build a bigger body so stop asking us how to build bigger abs,you already have big abs,go hit the weights,do some benches,curls,squats,etc and stop worrying about abs and start building the rest of your body.

                      I've got a six pack but it's buried pretty deep in the ice chest.

                      But, nobody knows 'cause I always wear a tank top at the gym. They won't let us workout without a shirt on {Thank God!}. I can see signs of abs but at 225 pounds, 5'10 and 12% BF. I can live with no abs a little longer. I just want to get bigger. I know quite a few guys at my gym who people look up to and ask adive of because of their SIZE-not their six pack. There are a FEW other muscle groups. It's a total-package kind of thing. In my case, in order to get size everywhere else, the old six-pack suffers.

                      Just .02 worth from a "no six-pack" guy!
