    i would get arnold's encyclepedia of body building and read also I gym membership to a place where the people aren't 90 years old, then hard work and dedication, supplement to I would look into clen or an eca. If it was easy everone would do it.

      You should be able to open bottles with that belly button, try it and maybe you can make it onto ripleys believe it or not

            Ya I forget how hard it was but maintaining aint bad. Im gonna post some picks at the end of this week which would be 3rd week overall. Also posting sust pics. Not ready to use it though. Im taking everyones advice to as a beginner in that arena. We'll see what shakes.
