  • Wheelbarrel pics.

    Stats: 6'7", 318 lbs. Training 20+ off and on, 7 years bodybuilding. Finished 2nd cycle tren/prop 3 weeks ago. I'm cutting now, goal is to get down to 280.

      If i were u i would go down to 250 or so... but i dont know what ur goals are, u say 7 out of 20 yrs bbing so i assume u are a pwr lifter?

        I would love to get down to 250, without losing too much muscle mass. I started cutting 2 weeks ago, cut the carbs down to under 200 gram a day, uped my protien. Also doing cardio 5 days a week, I'm keeping it at around a 11 min mile, for 3.5 miles.

            Between now and September, 280. Should put me around 10% or less. After that I'll do a fall/winter bulker and next spring I'll cut again. I'm not going to take it too low, if I made it down to 250, that would up me under 3%.

            My tren/prop cycle will start in a few weeks and it should be easyer to drop the weight.

                I'll try for 10%, don't think I'll make it. The tren will help, 280 is just a goal.

                Started out, 7 years ago at around 30-35%, between 330 and 350, haven't lost much weight, but I've added a lot of muscle.

                            Lol.... what I met was that I wouldn't make 10% or 280 by september. After september, I'll start bulking again for the winter, then start a cutter in the summer. I can live with 5-6%, in 5 months, I'm in it for the long run.
