Great work man. You did lose a lot after that surgery. That must've been really depressing....but a great come back. You should be proud

Thanks guys. Yes, I was sooo damned depressed after my back surgery. For one, I had to quit college baseball, lost my scholarship, had to move back home, etc... I lost all the muscle I had worked for, I felt so damned out of shape. It was 9 months total without any exercise of any kind. I went from baseball training, I was a pitcher, running 4 miles a day, lifting every day, plus practice, to lying down all day for 9 months. I thought I was going to kill myself!
