heres a picture that i have had laying around for a while. its from 2 years ago. i was 6'1 around 225 or so. got up to 245 last winter and had some injuries and took time off and now im trying to gain it all back. im around 225 now a little leaner than these pics though. ill post some new pictures when i can get them
