It's been a while since I posted any pics, so here are a few taken a couple days ago. Ststs right now are 6'1/2", 220 @ 8-9%. My goal is to bulk up to 230-235 by February and then start cutting. I should have some leg pics later.......

I'd guess you at about 7% bf bro.....not 8 or 9. I've been 8 - 10 for the past few yrs and I'm not quite as cut as you. My pics are posted of me at around 10%.Comment
