Doin great keep up the good work. Remember, that the body is a wonderful mechanism..it is never "pathetic". The fact that we are all healthy and are able to do the things we do every day is a wonderful gift- one we should never take for granted. Its great youre trying to get into shape and improve your look, but be careful not to cut yourself up too much and give yourself the credit you deserve.
