If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

I'll tell you one thing bro it keeps my ass working out harder since I've started putting pics up there... I want to show improvement everytime I put a pic up now...
Also I'm taking more progess pics now to keep with my workout journal so later on I can alwasy go back and see what was working the best...
