    started at 203 now Im at 215.
    750mg enth ew 1-10
    500mg deca ew 1-10
    idex .25 ed

    300grms protien ed at least
    4-5 days ew in gym

            Wow, do you guys really think that?? Or are you just saying it to make me feel better? I have felt like a winnie lately. I also feel like a fat ass. AM I just being paraniod or am I really looking pretty good. Please tell me what to work on. I work out 4-5 days a week. My lats suck. I like my bi's tri's and shoulders, but I wanna get bigger if I can. I have really be killin it for a while now, but it seems like I havent made much progress lately????

              Just change your routine up bro, throw in some different exercises and shock your muscles. I would also try and get more protein in if i was you, i would aim for 400 every day. You have a good amount of mass already and after you finish this bulker i would cut it up. After you cut you should look pretty sick, good luck with your cycle and keep up the hard work bro

                I'm at around 350-400grms protien ed. Just switched up my workout 4 weeks ago. How often do you change it up? Thanks for the input bro

                  I think its a good idea to change your routine every 3 months or so. You are lookin real thick bro, I think your lats could use alittle more but really you are looking good. I think u should cut it up after this bulk cycle. You will look bad ass cut up. good luck bro and keep us infprmed

                      delts are poppin. look good. if you loose BF you will look bigger even if you weigh less.
