These are pics of me after doing two cycles and not knowing what was really going on, I've read alot and made alot of friends. I recently joined this board in hopes to make some more friends but I just wanted to put a body with a name. These were taken today, 11/17/2003 after being out of the gym completely for the past 3 months.(Long Story) I'm back now and can't wait to start bulking for real! Any pointers or criticism is fine with me.

If I were you I'd do a nice cutting cycle. Being huge is not that cool unless you have definition too

I say build it, then chisel it. You have a big ass frame to work with and already a decent amount of muscle mass. Hit up the biceps hard too. You'll be huge.

thanks for the comments about cutting, I know I'm pudgy but I just got back in the gym...remember my first post, I said its been 3 months since I've touched a weight and my diet has included leftover Halloween candy. I'm about to bulk some more and start cutting in Feb.-March so I'll be ready for the summer.
