If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

had to be natural for 5 years (that was the question) and have you taken ECA in the last week before competing. this is the stupidest rule i have ever competed under. the IOC tells you how long it takes to get outta your system, yet you have to be clean of it. i think they just like to see you REALLY suffer for the last week before competing
