  • Before pic of me (Natural)

Hi Bro's here's my first ever pic. I'm all natural in this pic but I've now started an Eq/Winny cycle. Looking to gain a few, keepable pounds, nothing huge. Right now I'm trying to work on abs.

I'm 27yrs, 6'4, 192lbs, not sure of BF, Can someone guesstimate? Been training 6 years.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the comments guys! I will be posting after pics when my cycle is done in 2 months. I'm not doing a "bulker" as that is not in line with my goals.

        Thanks!

        Nixter.

          Looking good bro!

I have a question: Whats your Chest workout look like Nixter? You have good shape for a natrual.

Ive been trying like hell to get that look (build out at the sides of the pecs) but have still not got there.

Thanks Sub! My chest routine is pretty basic. I mostly do moderate weights with FULL range of motion. I also do mostly incline movements. I tend to vary the exercises a lot... Incline dumbells, incline smith, flat bench, peck-deck flys, and dips.

OK Thanks for the info man, it seems pretty much what I am doing. Maybe I need to mix things up a bit more!

Also, how much cardio do you do? Your BF% looks to be pretty low!

Cardio? What's C-A-R-D-I-O? J/k, but i actually don't do any. I'm just naturally lean. This may seem like a blessing but it's hard as hell for me to put meat on. I bought some runners though cuz I want to start running purely for the endurance benifits.

Yeah, I plan to wait till afterwards. I just want to increase my heart's endurance a bit. I've always been the sprinter type but even 400m tends to wind me. I think some training in this area would help me in the gym as I'd be able to do more exercise longer.

I am naturally very lean myself, without dieting or watching what eat i usually run 16% , i never did cardio and never gained weight. After my 30th birthday i started doing low level cardio work around 3-4 x a week, just enough to get the blood flowing and joints warmed up, then i started gaining weight. I went from 190lb at the age of 30 to 215 (ish) at 31 and dropped my bf to around 12%. I credit it to opening and adding to the bloodflow my body gets. I get a much better pump with the added blood and the mucles being worked have alot more to feed off of.

Oh yeah, I started using antioxidents on a regular basis to loosen and break up everything that had built up over the years.
