Hey DG looking great!!! Quick question for you. Are you training right now? You look pretty lean. My wife was pregnat the first time about the same shape you are in, lost the baby. The doc said she was to lean, hormones not wher they were suppose to be. Got pregnat again and almost lost him too, but everything ended up ok. Just concered, would hate to see anything go wrong. Well, as I learned with my first pregnancy, weight training doesn't have the same effects... I've really cut back on my weight training... I've upped cardio. I tried to lift as much as I always did the first one and it was like doing nothing... I think with all the extra estrogen in my body it wouldn't allow me to gain or maintain my muscle mass. I have been going to the gym when i am up to it. Morning sickness sometimes won't allow a workout. I'm a lot better now. I've been working out about 4-5 days/week which is really good especially how much more tired I'm feeling. My belly has popped a little, most people (except my family) wouldn't notice... I'm measuring 31" around (normally 28") by my belly button. Thanks for asking and I am sorry about the miscarriage... you must both be such strong people. because Loco, they are so ROUND and perfect like implants that I've been asked that a lot. My mom used to think I made that up and we were in thie swimsuit boutique last summer and the sales women made the comment to me that "most girls with implants this style top doesn't fit right." we died laughing and told her they were real and she felt bad, but what a compliment.Comment
