nice size bro, great start, what are your short and long term goals ?
I dont think I look like a surfer..lol
I always wanted to be big AND strong. But back then I was more about strength. In those pics I was deadlifting close to 500 pounds. I actually (it was a long shot but I was trying) was trying to set the natural deadlift recrod that was 620 competion for my age group and weight. I thought I could do it then about a month after these pics wer taken I got tremendously sick. Worst case of food poisoning Ive ever even heard of. I didnt eating anything for 5 days. I weighed 193 after those five days. a lot water, but a ton muscle. after two weeks I was only back up to 200. It took me four monnths to get back to 215 and to this day I still cant lift what I did then....pisses me of but oh well.....its like a lost 7 months of traing in 5 days..
long term I want to be 245 at 7-8% bf with a 31 inch waist. I think that would be perfect.
short term...I would like to bench 405 by christmas (I may get a little "extra" help for this one ) and to improve my legs.
Im also going to start cutting shortly and see if I can get down to 8%....thats aobut all I can think of now.
