              Thanks Bro... appreciate it....

              2 things.... any one have advice on dropping some Bf%... I want to be nice and cut up come summer time.... I already eat clean and do cardio, but i can pick up the cardio.... any other ideas? what do you guys think of clen? I have heard mixed reviews... you think i shoud try and lean out now, and then run some fina for like 6 weeks near the beginning of summer ?

                lxorl, first very nice catch you got there bro. as for leaning out, just do low carbs(<50g/day). then when things start to level off have 2-3 carb up days and then dec. carbs again. and do cardio 5 times a week for 30-45 min

                    Thats the thing... i already maintain a fairly low carb diet... i would say 80% of my intake is protine... but i could probably watch it a little closer and cut it back even more.... What is the point of the carb loading day??

                    I do cardio, but i am going to try and increase it......

                    Should i try and cut up now, or waite till closer to my goal date.... I am thinking if i can get my bf% down now, i can run some fina for 6 weeks at the beginning of the summer and maybe put on a few extra of lean mass on top of a thinner frame?? any thoughts ?

                          Im irish so im white.... its the dead middle of winter...... im not doing a competition, and im not a chick....

                            I agree, if your blessed with a natural tan great, but if your white, your just white (as I am). No reason feel obligated to tan.
