just a guess i had it taken a few months back and it came out at like 9.2% and i think i look leaner now.... I guess his measurement was off..... around what % does it look like I am at?

im not going for competition ripped, but what % would i need to look pretty cut

What was used to measure BF%? Use calipers, or the water method, the electro-resistive stuff is BS unfortunately.

BTW, dont feel bad, many completely normal people that dont look "fat" are 20%+ BF. So just going by waist size on people can be deceiving. 8-10% is pretty good, I'd be happy with 10% myself, although 8 is tempting I just dont know how my body will react to it (while attempting to retain LBM).

14-15% man that is depressing.... yeah they were taken by calipers, but the guy doing the measurement didnt seem to have it quite down...

well i just finnished my bulking, if you want to call it that... now i need to get my bf% down, obviously. Im not too sure how i am going to go about it because my diet is already pretty clean with low carbs. I do cardio, but i could pick that up a little. I guess ill grab some sort of Eca, and possibly some clen. anyone have any suggestions.?

i would hop on a var / winny 10 week run. Hit 30 mins a day of cardio and you will tighten up tons. The var could help your midsection a bit.
