Here is a pic of me in 2001 2 weeks out from a show. Im 5'5, came in at 145lbs 4%bf. Im doing a show here soon and I'll be coming in at 165lbs so Im bigger now than in these pics....It pays off to know what to stack!

I made the mistake and did not carb load enough so after the competition I ate a pizza and the next morning I was huge!...plus I had to cut everything off 4 weeks out from the show because it was tested..so that killed meComment
