I understand what you are saying and I've heard it a million times. Here's what happened 3 years ago. I was the most normal eater ever. Ate whatever I wanted, worked out, looked good. I got pregnant and worked out even the day before I gave birth. I had gained 39 pounds throughout the process and after she was born some of it came off pretty quick. I got down between 135 and 140 and stayed there for MONTHS. I up'ed my running to almost 5 miles a day and continued lifting... I got really depressed because I wasn't this cute, skinny size 4 anymore. I was easily an 6-8. Even at 135 I had my fat checked as a joke and I was 19%. I finally got all fed up and I was pushing a year after the birth and I just totally stopped eating. I got myself down to 120 lbs. in about 1 month. I looked great, but that's when all this started. I'M A HEADCASE! LOL I just am trying to eat more-day by day. I always joke with people that I could go on Survivor and look the same the day I walked in to the day I left, while everyone else would look like a skeleton. I've been eating more vegetables. My diet recently has been an almost all-meat diet. I'll keep you posted on progress. --DG
