took me about 6 months inkman, I was using diet soda and sugar free jello to satiate hunger pains, and I was maybe taking in 1000-1200 cals a day. I became pretty obsessed with it and did cardio religiously. I remember the first month I was losing a lb a day, thanks for the props Inkman.
