Hey guys new to the board, good stuff here. I just finished my first contest in April. Looking to do another in September. In these photos I was 153. Since then I'm up to 180, currently cutting back down, I need some criticism on my weak areas...please, want to do better next time around.

I think you look damb good. But since you are competing and asking for critiques. I think you should do more ab work with HEAVY WEIGHTS AND LOW REPS. This will make your abs bigger almost like blocks. Most people do lower weights with high reps. Crunches, leg lifts you name it but if you train your abs with High weight just like other muscles with reps of 6-8 until you hit failure. Maybe some more oblique work also. You are pretty cut and I know a trick that can help you get ultra shredded that I may put a detailed step by step post on the board. So look for it.
Great job though I can tell you worked your butt off.

Great job bro, your son or daughter is going be a very athelitic child"I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a sacrifice -- the kind he will accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask"?

I think you came in a little soft. But looking great, your girl looks amazing also."Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

I honestly don't know much of anything about competitions, but I think the weaker areas would be your abs and upper legs. It looks like it could be water or fat, but those two spots are what stood out to me from the rest. Otherwise looking good and good luck in your training.

Thanks for the feedback, been working hard on upper chest, and trying to pull deeper cuts in my legs. Training abs hard but only 2 times a week, should I increase ab training frequency???
Really great critiques guys, looking forward to lots of future posts and info.Just livin' the dream.....
