thanx. i've never wrestled, i'm originally from TX and the main sport there is football... it's like a religion down there. for the neck i have one of those "neck bangers" that a strap some weight to and pump out the reps. i'm working on cutting up some in the mid section....okay, maybe alot of cuttingOriginally posted by AndyJ26
