thanks, NB, i didn't notice how much my traps lagged until the pics, so i've been working them too, i hope to see some differences in the next pics i take. i noticed yesterday i was getting some striations on the from delts, so i'm leaning down some, at least on the upper body, still working on the lower. wish it came off as easy
