    Hello everyone, I am logging a bottle of Ostarine for the fine people over at www.trueselfresearch.com I will be using 2 caps per day. I train 6 days a week, I am using Keto to lean out so i feel i will really benefit from this prodct. I will post workout info and possibly videos. I will post what i eat as often as I can. Keto is kinda boring lol


    About me:

    I am 49 years old
    I've been in and out of the gym since 1989 but got serious in 2012 and have competed several times winning approx 10 overall titles in the NPC, NAPA and ME vs ME.
    I have also competed in a few open bench meets and have won several of those as well.

    But thats old news. Now i'm just an old man trying to stay fit and look good. I want all the ladies in the retirement home to get moist when i walk in the room

    Ostarine is fantastic during a cut. It maintains muscle mass with very few (if any) sides, and minimal endocrine suppression if you're running it solo. Have fun, bro.

        Day 1 on Ostarine.

        My workout routine is 6 days a week. The first 3 days are Heavy low rep Push, pull, legs (quad focus) Then lighter weight higher rep push, pull, legs (ham focus).

        I am using Keto to drop some fat. I've ran keto once before but not very long as I had NO idea what I was doing. Now I kinda do lol


        Todays workout

        HEAVY PUSH

        Hammer Shoulder Press: 4 x 6-8 w/225lbs
        DB Side Raise: 4 x 6-8 w/35lbs (i am not very strong on this movement)

        PressDowns 4x 6-8 w/60,70,70,70
        Rev Grip Press Downs 4 x 6-8 with 60,70,70,70
        CGBP 4 x 6-8 w/225

        Smith Flat Bench Press 4 x 6-8 w/225
        Flat DB Press 4 x 6-8 with 60,70,80,90
        Decline Hammer Press 4 x 6-8 w/225,275,315,315

        CARDIO: 20 min bike


        Macros for today:

        Pro 116g
        Fat 246g
        Carb 27g

        My goal is to hit 120g pro 280-300g fat and keep carbs at 50 or less.

        Current weight 213.8lbs

          Awesome Push day today! Went as heavy as I could and kept reps at 6-8.


          BACK

          Wide Grip Machine Pull Downs 4 x 6-8 w/130
          Seated Cable Row 4 x 6-8, w/150
          Hammer Low Row 8 x 6-8, 3 sets w/225 4 sets with 315 a 1 set with 405 x 2 (grip gave out before back, i try not to use wraps much anymore)

          BICEPS

          BB Curls 10x10 with 50lb pre loaded bar, 5 sets CG 5 sets WG
          Machine Curls 3 drop sets 60lbs x6-8 drop to 40 for 6-8 each arm



          Thats all I had time for today, busy day of work to get done at home. I love being self employed but i tend to work AYYY LOT.

          No Cardio.

          Macros for today:

          Pro:132g
          Carbs: 40g
          Fat 239g

            Another damn good workout, i wasnt able to go as heavy on squats as i wish i could but over all a god workout..


            HEVY LEG DAY (Quad Focus)

            Leg Ext: 2 warm up sets followed with 3 x 8-10 w/150
            BB Squats: 4 x 4-6 with 225, 245, 275, 285 ( i can not go heavy on squats due to the stent in my kidney)
            Rev Hack Squats: 4 x 8 w/225, 315, 405, 495 (video is on my instagram HUGEBANKZ)
            Leg Press: 5 X 8 W/405, 495, 585, 675, 765
            Single Leg Press: 4 x 10 w/100,110,120,130 ... these felt amazing, i wanted to do more sets!


            My macros are the same as last night... kinda... my dad gave me some crab legs and i didnt weigh or count a damn thing lol I ate them bad boys up!

              Light Chest day today.. kept reps in the 8-10 range for the most part and tossed in some super sets


              CHEST:

              Incline Press Machine (weight stack on each side) 70lbs per side for 4 x 8-10 Reps were very slow and controlled
              Flat Smith Press 4 x 8-10 w/185,205,225,245
              Incline Cable Chest Fly 4 x 10-12 w/50,60,60,70

              TRICEPS:

              Rope Press Downs 4 x 8-10 w/50lbs reps were slow and held at top.
              *super Set
              Seated Tricep ext 4 x 10-12 w/50lbs
              Tricep Dip Machine 4 x 8-10 w/130lbs

              SHOULDERS:

              *Super Set
              Hammer Press 4 x 10-12 w/155lbs
              DB Side Raise 4 x 10-12 w/20lb dbs

              *Super Set
              BB Wide Grip Upright Row 4 x 10-12 w/40lb bar
              DB Side Raise 4 x 8-10 with 20lb dbs


              ABS
              Rope Crunches 3 x 20 with 80lbs

              Cardio:

              Stationary Bike: 30min

              Macros for today:
              139g pro 23g carb 257g fat

              I was able to get all macros in 3 meals today. Im slowly switching to IF and try to get all macros in between 8am and 4pm

              As far as Ostarine goes Im not sure exactly what i should be "feeling" but i am able to recover a bit faster now and i noticed i feel "tighter" all over. like i feel when im lean for a show.

                With Ostarine on a cut, general reports of how it "feels" tend to be related to an easier time losing body fat and increased strength even while in a caloric deficit. That "tighter" feeling should continue. Real Ostarine does not cause water retention.

                    Definitely feeling tighter, NO water at all, strength is climbing but i dont go as heavy as i use to, i focus now more on time under tension, slower more controlled reps etc..

                        REAR DELTS:

                        1 arm rear delt ext 4 x 10-12 with 20,30,40,40
                        Rope Face Pulls 4 x 10-12 w/150,160,160,160 *slow steady pace, 2 seconds pause/squeeze on contraction

                        TRAPS:

                        DB Shrugs 5 x 12-15 with 40,50,65,75 *slow steady pace, 2 seconds pause/squeeze on contraction

                        No abb work or cardio today.

                        I didnt track my macros today, i kinda just went with the flow. My wife and i went to Chilis and had the keto version of fajitas. VERY tasty.

                        Still feeling leaner and tighter and im noticing the weight is a bit easier (getting stronger)

                          Leg day ws basic but intense. Hamstring focus for me.

                          I am seeing a little more results with Ostarine. The feeling of fullness, tighter skin and even a slight "pump" all day. Overall i feel great and getting stronger, less winded between sets and seeing slow but steady drop in body fat.


                          HAMSTRINGS

                          Seated Leg Curl 4 x 12-15 with 120lbs
                          Lying Leg Curl: 4 x 10-12 with 50lbs nice and slow
                          "superman style" lying leg curls 4 x 8-10 .. mu god the pump was INSANE
                          1 leg leg press feet high 4 x 10-12 with 150lbs
                          Smith Machine SLDL 4 x 10-12 with 95, 145, 195, 195


                          CARDIO Stationary bike, 30min


                          Macros: finally on IF 100% 2 big meals a day within 8 hour window. 136g pro 17g carb 209g fat
                          *im still trying to keep protein under 120g

                            Leg day quad focus. I wasnt feeling much energy at all but hit it any way.


                            Leg Ext 4 x 20 w/80 (warm up)

                            Leg Press Maachine 4 x 20 w/90,100,140,180
                            Squat Machine 3 x 8-10 w/225,315,405 then 495 x 6
                            Single leg press 4 x 15 w/135,225,225,225

                            Cardio Stationary bike 20min

                            Macros: 118g pro 19g carbs 240g fat

                            I just didnt have the drive for this workout but squeezed of a decent one, the slower rep tempo is brutal. I can lift more weight but when i go slower with the rep speed it makes the pump more insane.

                            So far so AWESOME with Ostarine. Still feeling lean and tight, getting stronger and seeing abs a bit more. Overall im feeling amazing.
