Squat multiple sets
Squat superset w/ pull ups multiple sets
Chest pad t bar row 4 sets
Wall ball 4 sets
DB row 3 sets
Jump rope superset w/ DB curl 4 sets
DB hammer curl superset w/ ankle mobility 4 sets
I was super excited to squat, I looked forward to it all day. Felt good and was ready to go, but my ankle was not. First real set the ankle started to hurt, in between sets I continued to work the ankle and eventually it got better but not great. I didn't go really heavy or do a ton of reps but I did a bunch of sets to make up for it. Other than that the workout was good until jumping rope again hurt pretty badly. My ankle was feeling fine but once I hit the jump rope it hurt again, I even made the dumb decision to only hop on that ankle and it was painful and no explosion in the movement. That's when I turned to some ankle work, walking with weird foot placement to help stretch out and strengthen the ankle.
I haven't slept good either. Day to day the ankle doesn't really bother me but at night when I'm sleeping I get this weird dull numb pain going from my ankle up near my groin, I'm wondering if some nerves got messed up which is causing this issue when it gets tight but its woken me up now for like a week.
