Ok been working out for many years now, but the last year was going thro a divorce and I fell off. So now am back in my gym. Doing the same routine when was into the fittness. But now it sames like its not working. Or am not feeling it. Before my divorce I was 8% now am 15%. Been running and useing the stair master etc. But I feel am doing something wrong I hit the weights for a hour hitting two body parts a day. So what am asking I need help in retranning myself. Hell My abs are gone. Lol what training routine I can use.

The only thing that ever gave me abs was strict ass diet. I hate diets.. id think if your strength is onpoint and you got all other stuff laid out working id tweek the diet. As we age I know our bodies require a bit of change to continue progressing. Well mine does and I may never see abs again as I really dig food. Good luck
