    thanks fellas.. after my brief encounter with a flu bug things have begun to return to normal.

    today food is cooked prepped portioned and GTG.
    MEAL 1 1 cup whites 2 eggs and onion begal
    meal 2 shake ..got this "maca up" protein powder for free... its awful but im cheap and will use it..
    meal 3 6oz flank steak veggies brown rice. a gummie fruit snack I ripped off the grand daughter.lol
    meal 4 6oz chicken salad boring really
    meal 5 shake of that awful maca up crap.. gonna mix it tomarrow with another protein to try and kill the taste.. its bad

    gaba before bed.

    hit back today with a krav class in the evening. good cario w/o.. nothing special but lungs are feeling a hell of a lot better now and I can sleep..THANK GOD.

      Lost but not forgot.. been a few busy weeks some good some expensive but so is life.

      Diet not the best as i think ive been getting way to much sodium . Im trying new recipes as smoked and bbq gets old eventually. Cardio is improving

      If all works out be back to normal end of next week until march.

        chest day not to bad today shoulder still messed up but getting better

        not to bad shoulder started to act up so didn't push it . don't want to total it again
        hit dumb bells next 2 sets 10 x 75
        10 x 85
        8 x 90
        hit incline smith .. no longer can do regular incline ..shoulder wont pull it over.
        10 x 185
        10 x 185
        135 till failure
        decline hammer strength mach.
        10 x 2 plates
        10 x 3 plates
        10 x 4 plates barely..
        finish with slight decline palms facing face bench and spin weight to palms facing out keeping tight.. no clue what this movement is called but it kills the chest.

        10x 80.. done.. some stretching and light maching work for that feeling you get and I was out for the day.. getting stronger
