    I took the 24th off because I slept for like 14 hours, I am not built for dayshift at all. Before reading this workout keep in mind that for some unknown fucking reason this is the weakest chest workout I have ever had, im not sure what was wrong with me but I plan on pushing some massive weight on the next one to make up for the weakness of this ***** workout.

    Chest and biceps:
    Chest
    BB bench press: 135x20,185x15,135x15,135x10. Incline BB press: 95x20,135x15,185x12,135x12. Bottom pulley flyes: 3 sets of 20x15. Pec Dec flyes: 15x50,70x15,70x15,70x15. Incline Flyes: 3 sets of 25x15.
    Biceps
    BB Curls: 45x20,65x15,85x12,95x10. Preacher curl machine: 50x20,70x15,80x12,90x8. Concentration curls: 3 sets of 15x30. Cable curl drop set 100,80,60,40,20. Hammer curl rack run 10 reps of 50z-20z

      Quads
      leg 21s-30x60,40x60,50x60,60x60. Squats: 115x20,185x15,205x12,245x8. Leg Press: 140x20,230x15,270x12,450x8. 1 leg leg extensions: 30x20,40x20,50x20. Hack squats 70x12,90x12,90x12
      Triceps
      strait bar pressdowns: 60x20,90x15,100x12,110x8. 1 arm exts: 3 sets 20x20. 1 arm reverse grip ext: 20x20,30x20,30x20. Rope ext: 60x20,70x15,90x12,100x8. Strait bar pressdowns: 3 drop sets 90x,70,50,30,10.
      Calves
      calve press: same reps and weight as leg press. Calve raise: bodyweight 3 sets of 20, seated calve raise: 45x20,90x15,115x12,135x8

      finally got my workouts caught up, diet is still on track but ive put on about 10 pounds. clothes fit looser so its either water weight or more muscle (hopefully muscle) sadly I will have to miss the Arnold this weekend cause im gonna go home and see my woman but considering im gonna be living in the area for a while and Columbus isn't that far I can see myself taking some vacation time to go next year. if I can keep my diet on track and put on some serious muscle this winter I plan on entering my first bodybuilding contest next year so lets get some support going for me guys!!!! SWOLES THE GOAL

        Holy Fucking Shit Batman!!! lol I haven't been logging my past few workouts I have just went in and absolutely destroyed whatever bodypart I am doing for that day and it is working. starting to see some massive growth in my arms, shoulders, and chest as well as cutting weight at a pretty steady pace. I added Diablo to my kit and take it twice daily and it is the shit! my energy level stays super high and I am hitting two hour workouts every day with no loss of strength. ready to see more size and less bodyfat, cant wait to see where this journey takes me! King Ronnie said "everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy ass weights" well friends lets throw around some daddy weight and fuck shit up!

          hello again all, i am still sticking with my unorthodox approach to training but i have added two new training partners, my girlfriend has decided she wants to workout so she is following along and we always take the baby (hes three months old but he hangs out and sleeps lol). I have been eating pretty shitty the past couple weeks but i have not seen any weight gain or BF increase but the exact opposite. I have been throwing in some power lifting set/reps to change stuff up a bit and have saw some increase in strength (flat bench is up to 305x2 on 4th set) i have enjoying this training method but i am ready to start planning my routines out again. see yall soon.

            after an incredible bi and chest night last night with the woman, I feel its time to post a couple of progress pics. I am showing awesome progress while still dropping weight. delts are finally developing good, biceps and triceps are showing awesome increase and chest strength is awesome with a 315 1RM on 5th set after 3 warm up sets on chest press machine and a 225 incline for 6 reps on 4th set. this summer is gonna be great but I cant wait to start bulking this winter and putting on some serious muscle

                training is still going awesome, had to miss a few days to take the ol lady to the doctor but come back stronger than I left. gonna start writing my workouts down again sunday but until then I am gonna follow my unorthodox approach to training. my diet has fell off quite a bit but I am newly motivated and ready to get it back on track. gotta love chicken and broccoli for almost every meal
