I then circuited the following
Leg Press: 235x25, 235x20, 235x20, 235x20, 235x20
Calf Press: 235x25, 235x25, 235x25, 235x25, 235x30
Leg Curl: 140x12, 140x12, 140x12, 140x12, 140x12
