    Re: Back to the basics

Killer job brah and a big pat on the back for motivation and come back ! I have a log I like to keep for Kempo and what im doing in the gym and diet, it makes a difference to me too when I log it down cause it makes me stay competitive with myself,..plus I like to look back on it as sort of a reward or whatever that reminds me of the improvement im doing to look, feel, and be a better person. Again, great job and keep it moving !

Yeah, just take it easy and work back into it slowly. Make sure you throw in enough higher rep sets to keep the tendons stronger too. And, most important, keep yourself flexible. I see a lot of big dudes at the gym that have no flexibility at all. They just don't stretch hardly ever. Stretching is a big deal and prevents injuries.
