    40, 6'2, 300lbs, PLing training background

    Bench Raw-485, Equipped-605 for reps.
    Deads 570
    Squats 550

    Primarily a bencher, just recently started training the other two more seriously to become a more well rounded lifter and competitor.

                            nice maxseg. after bbing iam going to strongman contest but the weaker guys lol.
