  • Cycle suggestions

Haven't touched anything in a good 6 years. Here is what I was thinking. Let me know if I'm missing anything and any advice is appreciated as I've been out of the game for a while. I know this is a mild cycle and I was thinking of throwing D-Bol in, but the acetate acts real fast. Right now I'm hovering around 200lbs with probably 10-12% bf. Looking for quality mass gains (maybe a few lbs) and will throw in cardio to work down my bf levels slightly if possible. I'm prone to gyno...I think the Aromasin should take care of that.

Weeks 1-6 or 8 Tren acetate 75mg eod
    Weeks 1-16 Test En/Cyp/Prop 675mg/wk

    HCG 500iu
    Aromasin

I wanted to try Tren enanthate, but the last time I took Acetate I had mild sides. I'm not sure if that was because of the pre-contest dieting though.

Doesn't sound like this was thought all the way through. No cycle with trend is a mild cycle.
Now if you are prone to gyno I'd suggest having some letro on hand with the ad ex and possibly a second brand of adex.

I see no mention of prolactin inhibition. Prami, caber, or prolactrone.

    Any thoughts on pct?

[COLOR="#EE82EE"]Why not just take Sustanon? or is that what the combo of test is? This will work, but a guy should run tren A or E at least 8 wks..dont do 6..Better even at 10 wks. If that is a recent pic of you in the avi, then you are experienced enough to know. Other than that it looks good aside from pct aft. /COLOR]

          Re: Cycle suggestions

The reason I say it's a milder cycle is because of the amounts/combinations that I cycled years ago. In comparison, for me, it's a milder cycle than before and I do realize that Tren shuts you down hard and rather quickly.

My PCT was always Clomid/Nolvadex. Is prolactrone a new product? Like I said, I've been out of the game for a while, so I'm not sure what's out there. I was leaning more towards 8 weeks with the Tren, but I thought 6 might be effective since it's quicker acting and I haven't touched anything in a long time.

            Re: Cycle suggestions

Throw up your stats, really hard to help when we are clueless as to who we are dealing with.

            Age, weight, years training, diet.

Personally I run tren as long as the sides will let me. Ive gone up to 9 weeks, and would have kept going but ran out.
Prolactrone is a newer item. Prami and caber have been around for years, though some dont like the sides. I have zero running prami at .1-.2 mg/ed.
Just run clomid pct, see no reason to add nolva. HCG is always good, and exemestane(aromasin) is great to use too.

Sounds like you havent forgotten much, so keep us updated.

              Re: Cycle suggestions

              29 yrs old
              200 lbs
              12 yrs training
I would guess around 10-12% bf
My diet has been 1.25g protein/lb and 2g carbs/lb... not sure on the fats, but I eat clean so it probably isn't too high except for my salmon and beef intake.

That makes sense with Tren and it's potential side effects. I guess I'll see how much I can afford and go from there. Any thoughts on adding an oral to this cycle? I've ran oxymetholone (not with Tren) before, but never had a chance to use d-bol (although I had some).

I just read up on prolactrone and it sounds like an effective product. I'll order a couple of bottles for this cycle...the science behind it sounds good.

                Thanks brother.

I'd look into drol for an oral as a starter. Maybe winny at the end. One, not both since its a short cycle.

6 years off, have you thought about running maybe 500mg to 750mg of test a week to get back in?

This!!! You don't need to jump back in with anything more.

I actually did think about running a test only cycle, but I'm not sure how effective it might be. When I first started, Test only cycles were great. On the other hand, I remember the awesome gains I made while running cycles that included Tren, which makes me want to hop on that as well.

All that time off, it's going to be like the first time again. Save the tren for a few cycles down the road. You won't need more than 500-750mgs per week of test. You'll be surprised at how effective it will be.

Exactly, your body will respond well to just a test cycle. Tren is an amazing compund, but after 6 years off not necessary to see gains brother. Seems like you got your macros down to get results, and that's not including your protein shakes correct? Major changes takes time, doesn't happen in 1 run. We are just here to give you different points of view I guess, ultimately it's your decision to make...
