Felt good and strong on this 1st week of my new training cycle. Floor presses were good today.
Seated JM Press:
(no lockouts except on last rep of each set)
(3.1.X tempo/wrist wraps/not belted)

2 x 255 x 10
This was really good today as it was getting into my chest and tris hard.
Pushdowns:
(no lockouts except on last rep of each set)
(3.1.X tempo)

This really gave my tris a ride today. They are really feeling it now.
Target Stretch:
Oh ya!!! I needed this today as my tris and chest are really tight.
Time/Comments:
Solo again today as Mary had to work over today.
Overall my training was good today even though I was limited for time due to a few last minute things that need to be taken care of.
Still got the "meat" of the training done.
