Felt good today but was hungry for food when I got to the gym, instead of working out medium heavy like I usually do I loaded up the bar and went heavy so I can get a good work out fast.
1st lift incline press, warm up set 135# x 20 easy... next set 225# x 12 and still had more... last set 280# went 8 but had more in me

a younger guy worked in he looked pretty muscular bu5t had to tale some of the weight off.
