I'm going to be starting at 2iu in the am for a few days just to see how my body handles slin. Once I know exactly how I'm reacting Im starting pre-workout (5 days a week) 5iu and increase as needed no more the 8iu tho. Humalog only. I still have more to read, but I take this stuff very serious so I will know this shit like the back of my hand by the time I go on.
Stoped Mast as I had a diet relapse and went back into a bulker gaining 10lbs in a week. So BF wasnt low enough to justify using it. Back leaning out again. Sitting around 185.

Well I was really down after getting out of the hospital, lost 15lbs of mostly muscle. Went in at 190 out at 175 with exact same waist measurement. Very depressing and I quit GH for a little now I'm starting back into it not as heavy as I was going to but just chilling at 6iu a day. Still cruising at 250/wk of test until tax season is over. If I can manage to put back some weight I'll still hit the slin late april but thats a big if. I was really unmotivated the past week or so but after hanging out and talking with a close BB friend of mine last night I'm remotivated. Going to start back in the gym light tonight.

oh, i thought u would of known that upper, sorry brother. but i like how you do your thyroids iam going to switch that tomm. how long upper can you take it that way? very interested in this , so please get back. thnx brother! see hgh dont work on me thats why i take ldopa- carbidopa and clonidine it really throws off alot of hgh when taken at hs, bedtime. and keeps it going whe i take clonidine when my eyes open right away i put water at bedtable with pills there and i also set alarm if i aint up to eat my scoop of peanut butter and yougurt. your journal looks great. hope i didnt highjack just saying to help if u want a diet tip.

Ya M, I was aware just stating 1000iu is where I see puffyness, I'm at 500iu and no issues and no atrophy.

The board I got the t3/4 regimen from (low dose whole time on GH guys will run it the whole time 1yr+ and report no issues. Really no need for a taper either at such a low dose. I'm going to run a standard t3 cycle when I cut to finish it off.

From now til April 8th I'm staying on my cruise (250 test e a week, gh 6iu/day, t3)
April 8th starts a 12 week bulker followed by an 8 week cutter then going to be off for a while at least test, might stay on GH so I can enjoy life still eating some garbage and staying lean.
1-20 Test E 1g/wk
1-10 Deca 600mg/wk
1-6 Dbol 100mg/ED
7-12 Drol 100mg/ED
13-20 Winny 100mg/ED
16-20 t3 (25/50/75/100/75/50/25)
HCG 500iu thruout
HGH 6iu/day
GHRP-6 trying out for appetite increase
will be on t3 low dose until week 16.
Starting this next Sunday now, feeling a lot better lately, back to 190lbs. upped the GH to 8iu this week and going to run that for a while prob end up at 10+ tho
