well only 2nd day in the gym this week last night wasnt great since I'm a bit run down but felt okay. strength is picking up even with being tired. endurance was down a bit I assume bc of my lack of training this week. I leave for the vacay home this afternoon so going to try an fit in a mini back workout today before leaving. On another note fr those who are using gh and trying to figure out the best way to transport preloaded pins I've found the way. I use to just put the pin next to an ice pack in my cooler and go to work. Latley I've been using a big tall 90ct script bottle it fits the pin in perfect and keeps it supper cold in the cooler, even colder than before somehow. Also it protects it from falling over and moving around and possibly pushing the plunger by hitting stuff in my cooler. I have to up the cals which will start Monday going up to 3,300 now so hopefully waistline stay tight.
