Paused floor press 175 x 2 x 5
Paused pin press 185 x 3, 165 x 5, 165 x 8
Well, it was a pretty lackluster day in the gym today. My paused pin press fell off quite a bit. I'm thinking it's because I have trained a few days in a row. I had a busy short week and had to get my work in consecutively. I did deads yesterday and I think that may have also added to a weaker chest today. At least I hope that's what it may be. Either way, I put the work in.
