just a final update on pct. Im been sitting at 194 for some time now and thats with a slightly smaller waistline, so thats good. So gained 22 kept 16 not bad.
3 weeks Iknow I can still lose more but from my exp and others I know its usually been a loss in the first month after that its all good. I finished over a month ago so I believe il be good now.
