  • MY UPDATE INTO MY 16TH WEEK

    ALRIGHT, I WEIGH NOW 230 LBS wt 8-9% of bodyfat.... my strenght went up big time and starting to look like a paper thin skin, and that is due to gh.....but now i'am having a hard time to inject my growth in my stomach since my skin is getting tighter and the slin pin (31) hurt like shit....fat almost gone.....
    i'am not having anymore pain, my skin looks better, i look FULL and ROUNDED... and veins all over my forearms/biceps,traps and chest/legs...
    but i noticed taht i didn't get toooo swollen like a fat whale(the look that i wanted) but next time i'am doing same cycle , but taking the gh and eq and adding deca and igf1.......
    my bench went up to:
    WARM UP: 135 for 10
    225 for 10
    315 for 10

    my workout set is: 340 for9
    365 for 6
    405 for 4
    haven't maxed out yet......but i'am happy wt my results....
    I ONLY RECOMMEND TO USE GH IS if U WANNA STAY RIPPED AND LEAN AND NOT FOR BULKING AND GETTING PUFFY.(the off season look[/B])

      good for u... and On the gh u can eat whatever u want..i mean it...i'am all day eating m&ms and snikers and junk food...it's amazing for cutting and keep u lean all year long if u can afford it for one year.......
      as low wt 3-4 ius u can cruise all year long, but damn it's expensive

            The expense is why i'm gonna hold off for a while. I do like how it cuts the fat and you can eat almost anything.

                  GLAD TO HEAR YOU ARE HAPPY W/ YOUR RESULTS BM. CAN'T SAY I LIKE TO HEAR THAT ANYONE IS USING GH BUT THATS NOT MY CHOICE, GH IS BODYBUILDING WORST ENEMY IMO. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TIGHT WAIST LINES AND FLAT STOMACHES. THATS THE ONLY THING I HATE ABOUT WATCHING PRO CONTESTS EVERYONE IS PREGNANT I THOUGHT WE WERE BUILDING MUSCLES NOT ORGANS. BY NO MEANS IS THIS A BASHING REPLY BUT JUST AN OPINION. GOOD LUCK ON THE REST OF YOUR CYC.

                      Nice work Mike- Sounds like youre having fun! I've been trying to bulk up some lately and tried the eating whatever I want for a minute and now have to go jogging soon hehe
