      It just doesnt make sense... 2grams p body weight while ON 1.5-1.8 while OFF works just fine... 185 # 18% is not even lean so i wouldnt even use that protocol in this guys case.. i wonder what he meant by "average" fats.... 2000 cals from the protein, 400 by carbs, I dont see how thats a cutter at all!

          some ass clown who thought he knew everything about BB-ing , but in reality didnt really have a clue! when i first came here he was saying it doesnt matter much about genetics you can shape and sculpt ur muscles w / high repititions! lol....

            Your man doesn't need a cutter - he needs to dial in his diet, get some regular cardio in his routine, and a sensible training regimen.

            Cutter cycles are for those who have several bulking cycles under their belt, and for whatever reason (typically pre-contest), they want to see what's underneath the fat.

            Anyone who runs a cutter must also accept the fact that with fat loss, comes a certain degree of muscle loss. It's life. This guy doesn't have the base yet to run a cutter.

            The other thing, is that even if he does run a cutter, and is successful in losing some fat, if he doesn't dial his diet in, he's got a good chance of going back to overeating afterwards.
