i would say you need more EQ... most go in the 400-600 range. I am currently using 600 for 20 weeks..... it takes a good while to kick in..

so its thursday and i got more eq so ill ccontinue to push it @ 400mg a week, along with the 400mg of t-400, my strength is awsome I put up 225 6 times for chest, I bet my max before juice was 235-245. so i aquired a bottle of quality vets test enth 250 so I might run it @500mg for another 5 weeks so my cycle will be 15 weeks long but will see, my acne is bad on my shoulders but nowhere else.
i am 178-181 so things are good.
I have been using a 25guage 1inch to inject in glutes, someone told me if i might be wasting gear in I dont go deep enough, I always put it all the way in and i have maybe 10% bf do you thinkI could have missed the muscle once, but my ass is real solid when i flex it, n e ways things are great.Badasz1@Hushmail.com

im done with week seven and i have 3.5 weeks left, i now weigh over 180 consistantly, now i am 182, i hope i can pack on 5-10 more pounds in 3.5 weeks, so im up17 pounds and i am leaning out, ill post pics soon, my strenght in unreal, i was millitary pressing 145 lbs for a set of ten and i can bench 225 6-8 times, i am gonna kick some major ass nesxt swim season.Badasz1@Hushmail.com

25 gauge, 1 inch is fine, most find it the most easiest and comfortable, so you're good there
At this point if you want another 8-10 lbs. you going to have to eat big, and expect a little water weight and fat ,
Look at it this way, 3 weeks 10 lbs. , 3 lbs per week , a lb. is 3,500 calories, so you have to consume and additional 10,500 calories above where you are now, meaning you need to eat an additional 1,500 calories a day from where you're at already
Don't forget to eat big even after last shot, AS will be in system until you're pct, so you can still gain.
So, overall if you're goal is to gain that muscle up calories by
1,500 a day.
Overall you're having a very good first cycle.

ok its monday in the beginning of week 8, i weigh 183-85, strength is amazing its like every time I work a muscle i can put up more weight for more reps, not looking forward to going off.

HB lean muscle is always a plus within reason, i dont want to be arnold big because that would not help my cause, but the muscle i have gained during each off season never seemed to hurt, since i always drop time, at 184 and 5'7 i am not to big to swim, i have always lifted and wanted to be bigger, i really dont know why i chose aas, it was their and i looked into it and felt that the benefits outweighed the risk,

its thursday of week 8, and i was thinking of doing m1t for weeks 9 and 10, what u think, i weigh 184-5 and i am stronger than ever, i love this stuff, my ass hurts a lil, i really dont want to go off, and i have a bottle of enth 250 from QV, that i am not using, should i push it another 5 weeks, kinda want my nuts back though, that and my sex drive is off and on now, before it was awsome, i think its mental though, well been eating and training hard, i thought i was overtraining a lil so i went one muscle a day this week but really hard and heavy, back to normal tomarrow. well things are good and i am up 19 pounds with 2 weeks left but then 2 weeks with it still in my system.

ok well i lost 2 post but n eways i am now 185-87 and stong as all hell, i squatted 365 8 times for my last set. its tuesday of week 10 and i have 2-3 more injections, my t-400 was overfilled so ill be on 10.5 or 11 weeks. i dont want to go off. but i think its about time. i felt burned out the last week so i did one muscle a day. feeling better nowBadasz1@Hushmail.com

i used all my juice and damn it was fun, i start pct in 2 weeks from today, i weigh 187 today but the heaviest i was 191, so thats 22-26 pounds. my strength is awsome and it is about time i start to recover. i dont want to lose any size or strength, i have been using a thermogenic the last 2 weeks and it shed some of the water, for pct i am using nolva, 60x0, tribex, clen, eca, creatine, protein, maybe no2. ill keep you posted and my cycle was 10.5 weeks long. i might do another one next summer, all in all it was the best money i have ever spent, and i was more than happy with the results, i just want to keep most of this size.Badasz1@Hushmail.com

alright, well its been 2 weeks after my last injection and i started tribex a week ago at 3-4 grams a day and started 60x0 after 1.5 weeks, started my nolva today at 60mg, still taking creatine, fish oils, protein, multi, sam-e, milk thistle.
taking nolva
60mg days 1-2
40mg 3-14
20mg 15-30
gonna run tribex for 3 months
gonna start clen and a eca stack in the off weeks in a week

lich bro read more carefully i am running nolva for pct, well i have been on nolva for a week and i still weigh 181, i think im gonna stay this weight, i have lost no strength, but my face looks a hell of alot thinner, i feel like the 5 pounds i lost was all water, i look awsome, ill keep you posted on my pct, also the liquid nolva taste like a bath tub of piss somebody farted in. i take it with a shoot of oj. the only problem i have is i dont recover like i did when i was on and i get sore.Badasz1@Hushmail.com
