    middle of week 6 now, feeling a real nice pump in the gym and it looks like i lost most of the water from the dbol, strength is real high, weight is back up to 235 .

    Eating this much food is becoming a pain in the ass!

          week 12...
          weight hasnt changed much... 246lbs
          had a little to drink this weekend - havent in the last 14 weeks so i figured one night cant hurt. Wont do it again for the remainder of the cycle or pct. Diet is good, although really really sick of eating this much.

            Wow a very sucessful cycle so far. Enjoy it, it must be nice....

            How r the sides, still not to bad? GL on ur last few weeks, BTW im always interested in str gains, mind postin ur bench max b4 and after, or anything else ud like to show off

              I start PCT this wednesday, the cycle didn't last the entire 15 weeks but oh well im happy.

              Lich, the sides werent bad at all. A little acne and some nosebleeds when i was on the dbol.

              bench before was about 255lbs, at the end of the cycle it was 325lbs (i've always had a weak bench).

              squats before was about 400, after 500

              deads before 320, after 400.

                  pct is started now and it sucks, trying to keep most of my gains. cals are at about 5,000 and weight is down to 242

                    Those are awesome gains big guy. My starting weight is right at what your at and im going on test 500/week for 10 weeks. Im hoping I can half your gains. How many protein shakes were you having in one day.

                      thanks bro, only had 1 protein shake ed post workout. Good luck and just keep your diet in check with a ton of cals protein carbs and youll rack up the lbs.


                      right now just about to finish up pct and getting back to normal(time to shred up). I plan on staying natty for awhile and maybe jumping back on in a year from now. All in all it was a very successful cycle and i recommend it to any beginner
