    here are my stats 5'6", 16% body fat, 193 lbs,
    my cycle is a simple 500mgs week of test enan, and 40 mgs d-bol a week:

    week 1-12 500mgs test enan
    week 1-4 40mgs d-bol

    it has been exactly 1 week since i started and i weigh 200 lbs, what do you guys think, i think its a descent gain and i am happy with it.

    are you holding any water? could be from the dbol... the test should kick in around wk 4-5 and then youll really start packing it on

        i am running 20mgs ed of nolva, and my pct is going to be nolva and clomid, don't know for sure how i am going to run the pct though..........any suggestions? I am holding some water but not much

          no need to use nolva and clomid, use just one.
          NOLVA 40 MG WK1, 30 MG WK2, 20 MG WK3, 10 MG WK4.

            If you're up 7 pounds the first week it's all water from the d-bol.
            Your Enan won't kick in for another 3 weeks or so. Good stuff gains though, and your strength gains and pumps will be crazy!

              Simple is good. A lot of people think this is "rocket science". The fist 2-3 weeks will be fluid retention from the dbol. Just keep on doing your thing and you will be happy in the end.

                well i am done with my second week and starting my third, my weight is 203 and my body fat has stayed the same, my bench press has gone up to 270lbs and my squat is at 350lbs, i am excited about the gains i have made so far, and the pumps are crazy, after doing my tri's i couldn't even wash my hair when i was in the shower, thanks fellas

                      starting week 4 and my weight is at 206 my eating habits are great, even though i am bulking my body seems more cut than before, i feel great just a little tired.........i love this. lol

                        starting week 5 and i have lost 3 pounds, my allergies have been acting up the last week and a half, and i still feel like crap right now, but i aint no ***** so i am gonna keep pushing myself, i'll let yall know how i feel in another week.

                            well i am down to 194lbs, but i think i have gotten rid of this cold and allergies, so it is time to get back to work, this weekend i bumped up my calories to 6500 and doubled my protein intake, i have over 200 grams before 10am, yes i will look like a fat ass but not nearly as close to i was 7 months ago, damn i think it is already time to eat again, i will check in again next week

                              start of week 7 and i am up to 197lbs, i took my first bicep inject, now i'm wondering if that was a good idea, lol, i am only up 3lbs from last week but i think that is pretty good considering i do 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week
