ok....today makes day 21 for dbol, I did arms today. I knew it was gonna be quite the workout when I got bicep pumps while shaving this morning. By the end of next week I will be stronger than where I left off last cycle.....and the test hasn't even begun to kick yet, and I'll still have 2 weeks of dbol and 8 weeks of fina to go. I'm getting a little big in the mid section though....I might have to really cut my calories after I'm through with the dbol.

ok....today was day 25 for the dbol.....I did shoulders today. I did militaries on the smith machine, 195 for 12 reps, 215 for 8 reps, and 225 for 6 reps, then I went over and did 8 reps with the 90 lb dumbbells. I was pretty impressed with my workout, can't wait until I do chest on Wednesday.

Well...it's been awhile since I posted. I ended the cycle at 13 weeks. I got up to 267 by the end of dbol then dropped to about 255 and got back up to 260 by the end of my cycle. I didn't eat enough really though....I got my bench up to 315 for 4 reps. And to the point where I was pyramiding up to 245 for 6 reps on the smith machine military press. I was pretty happy with my cycle but could have gained a lot more if I had eaten more I think. I start pct tomorrow. I'm gonna do just the standard clomid. I'm also gonna clean my diet up a lot and try to cut down to 230 or 235 by September. I plan on starting my fall cycle in late september or early October. Looking to get up to 275 on my next cycle. Just as long as I can still fit in my 36" jeans I'm happy. I'd like to bench 405 on my next cycle. I got 345 this cycle.
