    Example of my diet yesterday:

    Meal 1
    3/4 cup Old Fashioned oatmeal
    6 whole eggs
    1 cup Grapefruit Juice (take this with my ldex)

    Meal 2
    1 Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup Light and Fit yougurt

    Meal 3
    2 PB & J Sands (Whole Wheat, sugar free bread, Natty PB, low sugar jelly)
    2 cups FF Milk
    small piece of chedder cheese

    Meal 4 - Pre workout
    1 chicken breast
    3/4 cup Fiber One Bran cereal

    Meal 5 - Post Workout (friends mother cooked dinner)
    Creatine with Gatorade
    1 Chicken Breast
    2 Hamburger Patties (she thought it was weird that I didnt want any HB buns!)
    Peas
    Salad no dressing
    1/2 cup of a Pasta Dish

    Meal 6
    1 chicken breast
    3/4 cup of Fiber One Bran cereal


    Drank at least 1.5 Gallons of water. Oh and I usually have a post workout shake, but it was free food, I couldn't resist.

      Third day taking tren. Its weird last time I used tren I didnt get that taste in the back of my throat for around a month. This time since I made it myself, I tasted it the second day. Weird. Anyhow all is good, have a new workout partner with ADD out the ass. He is at my door every freakin lifting day right at 7:00 pm, guess he keeps my ass in line though so its all good. Still getting stronger and have added a few pounds since I finished up the Dbol. I'm right around 218 lbs right now and feel great. -crombie09

        Alright steadily sitting at 218lbs, I'm gonna up my caloric intake and see if that helps. All is going good with my tren. I think it was bad last time b/c the blend (prop/tren) I was using had a high BA count. So everyday I was sore and hurting. This tren I made myself and it is totally painless. I'm excited to see my results. Workouts are going great and Im keeping my diet in check.

        PM after workout:

        I did it! Yes! Got back from the gym and injected 75mg of tren into my right bicep. Very little pain, not bad whatsoever. I was pleasently suprised. Yes!

          Cycle is going good, Im doing Ed injects and want to inject more. LOL. I weighed myself last night and I'm at 222lbs. Ive been eating a lot more, always trying to shove in a little more. I was repping with the 95lb dumbells on my 4th set of DPs at my gym last night, not great but I was happy.

            2/8/04-

            All is going well, injected in right bicep tonight and I love it. Easy and painless. I'm still at 223lbs but I'm pushing myself to eat more. Took tonight off from training since I'm worn out. I might hit it tommorow or I might take another day to rest, well see how I feel.
