Another shot today, no problems. I was really sore this morning because we had a holiday party at work yesterday where we rent out a sports complex all day. Basically, I wasn't able to eat every two hours and was playing ball for 4 hours straight. Either way, I'm sure I'll feel better this weekend after I get some rest.

Well Friday I did my tricep workout, and my elbows got DESTROYED! I mean, after doing skull crushers, I could not move my arm without them throbbing with pain. I don't think it was overtraining, but more related to Thrusday's play day at work. I was throwing the ball around for a long time. Either way, I was also kinda stressed this weekend which didn't help at all either. Kinda felt a twinge in my trap when doing shrugs. I took two days off from the gym completely.
Today is Monday, trap feels fine, elbows are still a little sensitive to the touch. I'm up to 185.5 lbs. probably due to all the Christmas cookies I ate yesterdayAnother shot this morning, no problem.

Sorry guys, got a little caugh up in the holidays!Well, my first Christmas present was a shot of 250mg Test and 200mg EQ. It wasn't from Santa, but it'll do...
My workout schedule kinda got messed up do to the gym being closed for christmas. Either way, my elbows needed a rest because they were still hurting. I skipped my tricep workout last week for that reason. I also was on vacation for 3 days so I didn't get to workout like I normally do. Basically was 3 days off, but I"m not to worried. I ate farely well considering it was the holidays and all the sweets and shit that surround Christmas.
Either way, after new years, I should be back on track at 100%, I'll post again tomorrow after another shot.Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.

Had another shot this morning. It was a little soar cause I shot in my glute right after a hamstring workout. Not too bad though...
So the holidays are absolutely KILLING me. The gym closes early and shit so my workout schedule is all messed up. I'm starting to feel like I'm overtraining due to me cramming all the workouts in. Well, I never thought I'd say this, but it feels good to be back at work and done with the holidays. I can finally get back to a REAL schedule. I had another shot Saturday, no problems again. Sunday was my last day of dbol, I'm curious to see if I drop any water this week. I don't look bloated, but either way... I'm starting (or at least I fell like I'm starting) to get an itchy nipple. I'm gonna give it a day or two and see how it pans out before I worry about taking Nolva. I'm on liquidex so I'm questioning if it's the onset of gyno or not. Had another shot today of test E and EQ in my quad, again no problems. I had a SICK ASS workout yesterday. My biceps were so pumped that I couldn't wash my face in the shower after my workout. Then after my chest workout at night, my strength was just ridiculous! All this and I haven't even started the tren yet, which makes me SUPER excited.
BTW, I forgot to mention that my weight as of Sunday, 4 weeks in, was 192 lbs. I'm up 16 lbs. I'd guess that no more than 4lbs of it is fat.Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.

Did my last normal shot of Test E and EQ today. On Monday I start my fina so I'm gonna split the test and EQ to different days. My reason for this is that I don't want to load 3cc into a 3cc syringe, not much room for error if you know what I mean. So I'll be doing tren and EQ on monday, and tren and test on tuesday, wednesday just tren, and thursday tren and EQ.... kinda like that.
My strength is still progressing, but I actually lost a pound since we last talked, I'm down to 191. I figure this is from stopping the dbol. Possibly some water retention that I'm losing. Anyone have any other ideas?
I'm also thinking about recalculating my diet, now that I have another 15 pounds on me, might bump the calories up a little. We'll see if I have time this weekend.Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.
