    Alright everyone, I started my first cycle after over a 3 yr break from gear. I've been lifting non stop, but without gear. My previous cycle history was about 4 good cycles over a 2 yr period.
    Ok...here's my stats.

    Age: 27
    Height: 73.5 in
    Weight: 185
    Bodyfat: 8.2%

    My weight is low for me right now but I look a lot heavier because I am cut. I am lagging in my legs more than anything. Because of a back surgery I can't squat heavy. Therefore, I will hit my legs hard as shit on this cycle with presses, extensions, lunges, curls, and calves.

    Cycle (started Monday)
    wks 1-4 35mg british disp. 10mg dbol tabs ed
    wks 1-10 500mg shanghai labs test e on Mon and Thurs
    wks 7-12 50mg winnie ed
    wks 1-12 .25 ldex ed and 10mg nolv ed

    PCT HCG and Nolv (possibly clomid also) and creatine

    Also taking milk thislte and saw palmetto wks 1-4
    and taking a multi vitamin, b-12, b-6, garlic, and flax oil

    I will be maintaining a pretty healthy 4000-5000 cal diet with about 300g of protein ed.

    Workout schedule: (Abs, calves, and forearms will be included eod)
    Sat - Chest
    Sun - Back & Traps
    Mon - Legs
    Tues - Arms & Cardio
    Wed - Shoulders & Traps
    Thurs - Cardio
    Fri - Cardio

      Ok, day 3 and I already feel incredible pumps from the dbol, can't wait for another week or so to pass!

            Day 7 and I'm up 5-6 pounds in body weight. Strength feels good also, and the pumps are great. Dbol is and always has been the shit imo...I love it.

              Alright, day 12. I will weigh myself again tomorrow, but I just measured my arms and they are up .25 in. I'm not really feeling any pumps anymore though except when I'm lifting. Usually on dbol I get pumps all the time. That's weird cause I'm taking 35mg ed, I'll up it next time.

                It's day 13 for test and 12 for dbol, I just weighed myself and I'm about 193, up about 8lbs. My strength was great today. I did chest and 225 felt so freakin light...I did it for 10 with no spot and I'm sure I could have done it 12. However, I didn't go above 255 for my sets because my wrist has been bothering me...but the strength is definately up. Although I don't like to do 1 rep maxes very often, I would say my max was about 285 before I started...and I'm sure I could do about 300+ now, so the gains are good.

                  Day 14...weight is the same, strength and pumps are great. My arms look like they are gonna pop out of my skin. I did back today and my strength was great on everything. The damn latpull machine only goes up to 200lbs though which sucks because I can do that for sets of 12. To make up for it I hit it heavy on the hammerstrength machines.

                      Yes Crank I love bulking bro! Like I said, it's been a little over 3 yrs for me so I am excited as hell.

                      Ok, day 16 and I'm up about 12 or 13 lbs in bodyweight. I did arms today and the pumps were crazy. I couldn't even wash my back...lol. I'm also planning to extend the dbol for 1 or 2 more weeks.

                          Yea Chimp I hear you. And I love dbol, always have...that's why I'm thinking of extending it another week or two. But I am starting to feel the lower back pumps...which sucks.

                              Well, it's day 20 and my weight is still up about 12lbs (197). Strength is good...On flat bench I did 225 for 10 with ease, then 255 for 6 no problem, and 265 for 5 no problem...only thing that sucks is my wrist is still bothering me a bit when going heavy. Pumps are awesome...a little too much though at times. All in all I am satisfied thus far. And the best thing is I don't have that water weight look...I think .25 ldex ed is doing the trick.
